Deneen Ward was born in Kentucky and raised across the globe, thanks to her father’s service in the United States Army. Growing up in a military family gave her the unique opportunity to experience places most people only dream of.
She’s been happily married to her high school sweetheart for 43 wonderful years and is a proud mother of two grown children — her greatest joys — and a doting grandmother to four energetic grandsons who light up her world. Deneen also shares her home with two playful dogs who keep her on her toes and constantly entertained.
Deneen has a genuine passion for real estate. Her warm, personable nature helps her clients feel more like friends and family. What she loves most is helping people find the home where they can create lasting memories. She lives by the Golden Rule — treating others as she would want to be treated — and approaches every interaction with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
As Matt Milligan’s trusted assistant, Deneen plays a vital role in supporting all aspects of real estate transactions, from writing contracts and listing agreements to coordinating with clients and title companies. She also manages the Trinity Country Real Estate office and oversees all marketing efforts, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
