-BROKERS REMARKSIn
my opinion, it's all about location, location and location, this ranch has it. The legendary 7R
ranch is right down the road offering one of the best life styles around not to mention the well
know Sundance Club. Being on 1 hour from Fort Worth, this tract allows you to be with mother
nature in its finest but also lets you be back to your weekend festivities that afternoon. I looked
at this ranch almost 10 years ago but the estate wasn't able to sell at the time. This is one of my
personal favorite tracts.
