Great cattle or hunting place just minutes from Seymour. When we looked at the ranch, we saw more dove than I had ever seen anyplace! They were everywhere! We also see deer every time we go out there. There are no leases in place and the owner has not hunted the property. There are no mineral leases in place and the owner owns none if the minerals. The ranch has excellent surface water. This ranch is extremely clean. Cactus and mesquites have been aerial sprayed. There are 4 stock ponds, most of which have been dug out.
