Originally from Nebraska, Matt Milligan came to Texas in 1999 with his family’s cattle business. After traveling across the state visiting the ranches where they sold cattle, he fell in love with Texas country real estate. He earned his real estate license in 2001 and has never looked back.

Today, as owner and broker of **Trinity Country Real Estate** in downtown Weatherford, Texas, Matt and his highly knowledgeable real estate team proudly serve Parker County and all surrounding North Texas counties, while extending their expertise statewide across Texas. Matt has personally negotiated more than **$750 million** in career sales volume, while his office has surpassed **$2 billion** in total sales. Together they have built an outstanding track record that includes high-end equine facilities, luxury homes on acreage, legacy ranches, and both commercial and residential developments.

He is an active member of the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse and attends Bethesda Methodist Church in Garner.
